On an annual basis, the management of a Dutch legal entity needs to arrange for a meeting of shareholders. PrimeBridge Global assists with arranging such a meeting. This is usually done through a power of attorney issued to PrimeBridge Global to attend the meeting on behalf of the shareholders. In such a meeting, the shareholders will adopt the annual report. Subsequently, we will electronically file the annual report with the Chamber of Commerce.
